In order to achieve this, they held an exhibition in Kielcach to inform customers about Enea’s services. For this exhibition they requested a chatbot that would serve as an information booth. The chatbot Enea informed visitors about everything related to energy. The design was optimized for touchscreen. Users could choose to type a message with a keyboard or touch one of the five subjects. Touching one of the subjects would give the user the correct information.
