Mijntje a chatbot representing 9292OV

chatbot, chatterbot, conversational agent, virtual agent Mijntje Mijntje is een chatbot ontwikkeld voor 9292ov. Ze is ingezet op vier verschillende portalen: Hyves, iGoogle, Windows Live Messenger en Twitter. Via deze kanalen kan je de chatbot vragen of zij een reis voor je wilt plannen. Via Twitter moet je naar @mijntjevan9292 een Direct Message sturen met het woord PLAN om vervolgens de conversatie op te starten voor het juiste reisadvies. In Windows Live Messenger stuurt Mijntje je geen link, maar opent zij een activity window waarin het juiste reisadvies wordt getoond. Dit advies kan je gemakkelijk uitprinten of scannen met je mobiele telefoon door middel van de QR-code. Mocht je geen reisadvies van Mijntje willen, dan kan je natuurlijk ook een gewoon gesprek met haar aangaan.
