Luca, unsere Expertin für Ausbildung
Bei der Suche nach dem richtigen Ausbildungsberuf und Fragen zum BMWi hilft unser Webagent Luca. In einem separaten Fenster erscheint sie als grafischer Charakter mit Frage- und Antwortfeld. Sie versteht getippte Fragen und gibt darauf kurze Antworten. Im Hintergrund ruft sie thematisch relevante Webseiten auf, um weiterführende Informationen bereitzustellen. Dabei führt sie Besucher über die BMWi-Seiten und erklärt die Arbeitsschwerpunkte des Ministeriums. Natürlich ist sie auch für einen gepflegten Small Talk zu haben.
