Deze chatbot is door ons zelf ontwikkeld en het unieke aan deze webbased chatbot is dat hij de website bezoeker helpt te navigeren, als een bezoeker praat over een bepaald onderwerp zal Mr E de juiste pagina naar voren halen. Ook vertelt hij wat over de mensen die bij Ecreation werken en over hun klanten.

The chatbot is created by Ecreation and it runs on their unique Knowledge management system. The chatbot is multilingual, English, Dutch and Polish. At this moment it is only a webbased chatbot but that is also because of build in navigation technology
