If needed, she can also clarify client’s questions. Distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is her ability to use advanced semantic web search (WEB 3.0).

Karolina is a Virtual Assistant of Ceramika Paradyż, a leader in production of ceramic tiles in Poland. Products of Ceramika Paradyż are shown on the biggest trade fairs of the ceramics branch: Kiev, Moscow, Poznan and many more. Karolina can provide descriptions of each individual collection or give you advices related to choice of tiles.  Moreover she gives useful information about installation and conservation of tiles, etc.

The Virtual Assistant is equipped with a module which allows users to ask about places where one can buy collection of concrete tiles. The information is given in 2 ways: you can create your own questions or select topic from the list. Karolina is the first virtual assistant in this market segment in Poland.

ameli.fr of Cnamts (Caisse Nationale d’assurance maladie) launched in 2002 to all insured employers and health professionals. With over 5.2 million hits per month, Ameli.fr is the 3rd largest public service site in France. Since 2007, more than four million policyholders created personal accounts on the site to manage their information.  With a wide range of content and applications, Ameli.fr users were having difficulty finding the right information for their specific needs. The telephone support channels were flooded with people asking for information that was already on the website. Ameli.fr implemented the VirtuOz virtual agent to provide better service and improve user navigation for policyholders.

Marina can help visitors to understand what is Comunidad Marín about, provide some guidelines for publishing goods and services, and do simple searches within the website using Google search engine.

EVA is a Virtual Travel Agent who understands customers’ travel requests and acts upon them (deferring to a human agent when in doubt). EVA communicates with you as a human travel agent would: Receives travel requests in Natural Language via Email, chat or SMS; Interacts with existing systems (GDS, CRM, etc.); Takes full responsibility for the task of travel planning, communicating with both the customer and the supervising agent as needed throughout the process.
