Chatbots.org is a website set up and maintained by Erwin Van Lun and his team as an industrial catalyst to advance the industry of Intelligent Virtual Characters. In 2011, Chatbots.org launched their Advanced Membership Program which allows companies to become more visible on the site, complete an enhanced membership profile and have access to statistics on their profile including lead reporting. Run by Financial Sector Technology, one of the leading business titles for IT decision makers in the UK and EMEA financial services, FSTECH Awards recognizes excellence and innovation in information technology in the sector.

Recently Creative Virtual Ltd was shortlisted for the Econsultancy Innovation Awards 2012 in the category of ‘Innovation in Customer & User Experience’ for their integration of O2 UK’s virtual agent Ask Lucy with Live Chat from LivePerson via a seamless handover process. Each year the Econsultancy Innovation Awards recognise the finest creative thinking, ideas and implementations that are changing the landscape of the digital industry. Aussie artificial intelligence company, MyCyberTwin, has spoken about its recent win at the New South Wales Australian Technology Showcase (ATS) Patron Awards.

Co-founder and chief innovation officer at the company, John Zakos, said MyCyberTwin’s $15,000 prize in the rising star award category would ensure the company’s future success.
