Dr. Haibao a chatbot representing World Expo 2010 Shanghai

Dr. Haibao, the mascot of World Expo 2010 Shanghai, helps users on Fetion of China Mobile know various information about the World Expo 2010.  Users can add it as a contact into their Fetion and talk with him in a natual way, he will reply intelligently and are always online. Dr. Haibao can answers questions about the World Expo history and news about World Expo 2010, such as ticket information, he can also give information about travel in Shanghai.  Currently Dr. Haibao is just on Mobile phone, but maybe on the website in the near future.

i8 a chatbot representing Jiangsu branch, China Mobile

i8 is a web robot for Jiangsu branch of China Mobile.  China Mobile users can visit the website of Jiangsu branch and click the icon of i8 to talk with him.  Currently i8 knows about 9000 business points and can answer almost all the general questions about mobile businesses.  If there are questions i8 cannot answer, he will transfer the question to an online CSR or switch it to the forum for solvement.  i8 system technicians collect user’s questions and make analysis, then improve it to make i8 more smart and intelligent.

Dumex a chatbot representing Dumex

Dumex child-care expert robot (MSN robot) is mainly providing child-care services for mothers or pregnant woman.  Moms just need to add a MSN robot into their MSN contact list, and talk with it just like a human being.  Then moms can get answers quickly by asking the robot directly about child-care questions.  Dumex child-care expert robot also provides multimedia contents in the right activity window, giving live contents to moms as “how to change baby napkin for babies?”  Through communication between moms and robot, company can attract many potential customers and at the same time enhance company brand.

Fullgoal Fund (MSN robot), is the first MSN robot in China fund industry.  This robot can introduce different types of funds to users, and talk about the fund knowledge and financing knowledge etc..  With its real-time communication, intelligent reply and multimedia contents, this robot improves user’s loyalty to the company greatly.  The robot also allows Fullgoal registered users to do funds transactions directly.

Lenovo a chatbot representing Lenovo

Lenovo Intelligent Service Robot, is the first robot applied in computer service industry, with both Web and MSN versions currently.  This robot can answer questions about computer hardware as keyboard, display problems etc., or problems about system upgrade and network update.  If there is a problem that the robot can not give solutions, it will help users submit it for repair application directly online.

Xiaoi a chatbot

Xiaoi is a lovely and intelligent chatbot which you can chat with it through Windows Live Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. Many people like him because of his humor and quick response. Besides chatting, people also can play games with Xiaoi, such as 21 points, guessing and idiom magic etc.. Xiaoi provides many services for Internet users.  Users can ask Xiaoi in natural language the daily information as weather forecast, traffic information, constellation query etc.
