He acts as an advisor, a guide and a vendor – he responds to the questions concerning the documentation of the house's construction, helps to select the appropriate project and to execute the order.

Additionally Adam adjusts the style of the dialog accordingly to the web user. He can recognize whether he is talking to a woman or a man.Consequently, with women he chats about dancing and presents them with flowers, while with men he is most happy to talk about sport and to demonstrate his favourite boxing gloves.
