Malgorzata is a Virtual Assistant of Barlinek SA, one of the biggest manufacturer of natural wooden floorings in the world. The role of the assistant was performed by Małgorzata Podkowa – Domańska, who is a designer of interior decoration. The main task of virtual Małgorzata is to give advices about wooden floorings. Wiktoria can answer such questions as:  How to lay and glue floorboard? How to clean the floor? Which elements should I pay attention to while laying a wooden floor ? what is needed to lay the floor? and many others about Barlinek products.  An additional distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is able to use LiveChat. It’s helpful in situation when virtual assistant can’t answer the question. Then the system proposes to start LiveChat, where you can have live chat with a Barlinek’s consultant.

Krzysztof is a Virtual Assistant of Zelmer SA (ZELMER is the domestic market leader in vacuum cleaners, both classic and multi-functional, as well as small kitchen appliances such as: meat mincers, slicers, electric kettles, food processors, mixers and juice extractors). Krzysztof gives information about new products and is a unique guide placed on Zelmer’s the site. Krzysztof answers all questions concerning the website and company’s products. The portal can be used only by Zelmer’s workers who obtain their username and password.

Kamila is a new virtual assistant who can completely replace a real tradesman. Chatbot is placed on portal http://www.archideko.pl and it is the first chatbot who can take an order. The first product which is selled by Kamila is a dishwasher. Kamila has information about this product, including parameters and technical data, terms of delivery and offer. The main task of virtual tradesman is to direct clients to the Internet shop where the purchase may be finalized. She has also information about other products and services offered by companies cooperating with the portal. Virtual advisor may present them by cities,  company name and category, she also recommends contractors.

Piotr a chatbot / virtual assistant representing Gaspol

Piotr is a Virtual Assistant of Gaspol (Gaspol is the largest distributor of liquefied gas in Poland. They are a part of Dutch company SHVGas, a world leader on the Liquefied Petroleum Gas market).
The main task of Virtual Assistant is to answer questions concerning the best heating sources and possible savings from optimization of energy consumption. Piotr also helps to compare the liquefied gas with other energy sources and even calculate the size of the demand for LPG based on the energy calculator. You can give necessary data about warming, ventilation, home area and other parameters and you will receive the specific calculation of liquefied petroleum gas needed to heat your house. Clients looking for information about alternative energy sources can ask Piotr about solar panels and other ecological heat solutions.

The information is given in 2 ways: you can create your own questions or select topic from the list. Karolina is the first virtual assistant in this market segment in Poland.
