She was the chief robopsychologist at the major manufacturer of robots in the 21st century and was the main character in several books and stories written by Isaac Asimov.

Susan has been nominated "Best new bot" at the 2012 Chatterbox Challenge.

Mr TeleTu, is a cute pig that features in all of the company’s campaigns, and now also as a Teneo Virtual Assistant that enables customers to register online to resolve their queries.

Mr TeleTu assists customers logging in to their account online for the first time, helping them find the required identification details and guiding them through the process. The next stage, which will be implemented imminently, sees the friendly pig on other sections of the website assisting customers in activating new services and helping with account administration such as invoices and payment.

Anna a chatbot / virtual assistant representing IKEA

Anna answers questions about IKEA products, prices, sizes, delivery, spare-parts, opening hours etc. and opens related pages in a browser window. Furthermore, Anna knows when your local IKEA restaurant is open and what they serve for lunch! She also answers simple but personal questions like 'what's your name?' On top, she shows emotions, for example if she couldn't find information you are looking for.
