Canal Digital also operates in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.The Teneo Virtual Assistant provided by Artificial Solutions is named "Even" and his aim is to answer questions related to TV, Internet and Phone. Even has a lovely personality and a great smile which he will show you if you write "fortell en vits" (tell a joke).
"Even" is also available at the contact form page, where Canal Digital has implemented the Teneo EmailOptimizer. When the user writes his or her question, "Even" will check his knowledge base and suggest an appropriate answer before the user hits the "send" button.
