The role of the assistant was performed by Małgorzata Podkowa – Domańska, who is a designer of interior decoration. The main task of virtual Małgorzata is to give advices about wooden floorings. Wiktoria can answer such questions as:  How to lay and glue floorboard? How to clean the floor? Which elements should I pay attention to while laying a wooden floor ? what is needed to lay the floor? and many others about Barlinek products.  An additional distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is able to use LiveChat. It’s helpful in situation when virtual assistant can’t answer the question. Then the system proposes to start LiveChat, where you can have live chat with a Barlinek’s consultant.

Ewa is a Virtual Assistant on dladzieci.com.pl website. She answers the customers questions and helps in getting answers about the products offered by the shop. Ewa can also answer questions such as: how to make a purchase? what are the shipping cost? how to cancel an order? how to pursue complaints? etc. She can also make conversation on other topics such as leisure, weather, family.

Dominika is a Virtual Assistant on a website of Simple Software, a company specialized in the development and implementation of computer-aided management support systems. Dominika knows over hundred of facts about the company and the actual offer. She has an overall knowledge containing over thousands of facts and thanks to the symantec system can respond to the questions that were not programmed by the software engineer. Her another task is to help and support the use of website.  Dominika can also become a part of the SIMPLE.CRM/BPM system. She can collect and group the customer questions so they can be analyzed showing the most popular business interest.

Funtik is an extremely talkative warthog, who lives on MaximOnline.ru and entertains its visitors.

We show Polish Bot AnA in our historical column which was written and translated in the 90s last century. It is a mascot of the company as well as its living advertising. The bot has got extensive knowledge about the firm it works for and about fine arts. It can simulate a living man. Ana bot is still being developed and taught, it has got a unique possibility of searching, referring to its knowledge.

The project is the beginning of a certain technical idea of the same author, developed simultaneously, (currently by courtesy of the firm, prepared for the larger public),  completely a varied approach from accessible to this time in AIML language, which the aim is to create an autonomous, associating, thinking brain only for maintenance based on the neuronal network.

Oliwia provides information about the company, contact details, management of MGF and organizations that MGF Innowacje co-operates with. You can ask her questions in natural language and immediately receive a reply from virtual assistant. For example you can ask: how much costs visa to Ethiopia?, which languages you can use in Greece? She even knows whether current voltage in Poland is the same as in Italy. The main task of virtual Oliwia is to direct clients to the specific tour thanks to answers provided by the client accordingly to his requirements. Wiktoria is a Virtual Assistant of drukuj24.pl which is specialized in printer ink and printing toner sales via Internet. Wiktoria provides information about the history of the company, contact details, references, prices gained by the company and the aim and mission of drukuj24.pl. Wiktoria can answer many questions, for example: how to buy a printer ink?, what is the cost of expedition?, how to cancel an order?, what we can do in case of misplaced order?, how one can retrieve a password?, how to check a status of a delivery? etc. She can also help you with placing your order. An additional distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is able to use advanced semantic web search (WEB 3.0). 

Ann, the virtual assistant of Aetna, the US health care company, offers 24-hour support for members who are new to the website or need help logging in. Members receive the same responsive service from Ann that they receive when calling customer service, but without leaving the website. Ann is interactive and easily interprets members’ questions, helping them with the registration process or with recovering forgotten user names or passwords.

Morti is a chat bot that “lives” in pChat, a chat room script written by Dave Morton of Geek Cave Creations. Based initially on both the ALICE Annotated AIML set, and Program O, both have been heavily modified with the intended goal of creating a more robust bot. Morti has several built in features, such as Google, Wiki and ask.com searches, and other features are either planned, or in development.

Kamila is a new virtual assistant who can completely replace a real tradesman. Chatbot is placed on portal http://www.archideko.pl and it is the first chatbot who can take an order. The first product which is selled by Kamila is a dishwasher. Kamila has information about this product, including parameters and technical data, terms of delivery and offer. The main task of virtual tradesman is to direct clients to the Internet shop where the purchase may be finalized. She has also information about other products and services offered by companies cooperating with the portal. Virtual advisor may present them by cities,  company name and category, she also recommends contractors.
