A: I can help you create a repair ticket.
1. From the Home page, go to the Repairs section and click on Create Tickets.
2. Enter your service ID and choose the state.
3. Enter information pertaining to the service.
4. Submit the ticket.

Q: " How can I access or view my profile? "
A: In "My Profile" you can edit your personal information and change your password.
To access your profile go to the upper right corner of the page and click on "Settings". The first option is "My Profile". Once you click "My Profile" your profile page will load. Click one of the "Edit" buttons to update your information.
Please note: if you change your e-mail address, due to CPNI laws, it will take 30 days to complete the request. Please maintain your current e-mail account until the 30 days period has passed.
Q: "How can I search for my circuit?"
A: 1. On the page I have loaded for you, select Circuit ID from the Find drop-down menu in the Account Explorer section.
