With over half a million online stores, it’s one of the easiest ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Krzysztof’s not only provides information, but he is also able to links to online store where the product can be purchased. Laptoland.pl is a new project showing more Virtual Assistant skills used for the first time on Polish market.

Ewa a chatbot representing Enea

In order to achieve this, they held an exhibition in Kielcach to inform customers about Enea’s services. For this exhibition they requested a chatbot that would serve as an information booth. The chatbot Enea informed visitors about everything related to energy. The design was optimized for touchscreen. Users could choose to type a message with a keyboard or touch one of the five subjects. Touching one of the subjects would give the user the correct information.

Based on customer answers she can direct them to the available products which meet their requirements. It’s possible thanks to the special product search engine. For example when we ask about product that we are interested in (eg. hammer) the system display a list of available products. An additional option of Wuzetka is a hint system that allows to refine ours query (eg. black rubber hammer). It’s possible to viewed this items in the products catalogs and add to the request.
