I tried to update my profile pic, but it doesn’t appear to be showing up. The picture uploaded successfully—I can see it when I click to crop it. But it doesn’t appear in my profile or on the forum.

Did the picture that you uploaded have a .jpeg extension?
Could you please rename it to .jpg and try it again?
