Rigging and making the morph targets for each phoneme may be a challenge.

Suggestion:
Perhaps get on a team with a programmer for the chatter robot brain,
and perhaps you the animator can then focus on the chatter robot face.

These are general comments only… An Enterprise level Software as a Service

is truly a valuable contribution.  It is really quite interesting, your Hosted-SAAS

implementation. 

I would guess it may take four months, and four people to implement for a new

customer?  And if it is like similar sized projects, the sales department may sell

them for tens of thousands each.

The licence and runtime fee sells for much less than this, there is a logical need for some expertise, the manual disclosure needs an NDA and the SaaS fee depends on the usage load
Nothing more nothing less!
Dont underestimate the power of AndyScript language.
