Help for my Bachelor Thesis about “Study-Chatbots"and general Hello :)

Hello!

Im a student in Switzerland working on my Bachelor Thesis in Information Science. My topic is the use of Study-Chatbots in Education, specially regarding new educational material. My goal is to advocate the use of Study-Chatbots. For that im bulding my own little Bot with AIML on pandorabots.org. I have already found a lot of useful information on this awesome site but I would still like to ask if any of you guys know any must read literature when it comes to Chatbots.

I already found a lot of papers from the Research tab here and the amazing sites:

Hi Robert. Welcome.

I have seen chatbots used to teach English as a second language. It helps to chat with something that is grammatically correct. Dr. Richard S. Wallace may have some documents you would be interested in at alicebot.org if you haven’t already looked.
