ICR means Impression Clickthrough Rate. It is the ratio of impressions in the Vendor Selector and clicks. Each time a potential client is using the Vendor Selector, and your company is shown in the result list, this is logged as one impression. Each time a visitor clicks your company, guiding them to your company profile, this click is logged. To calculate ICR we divide the unique clicks by the number of unique impressions. We make the figures unique by session.
Example: if your company has been shown 6x in the Vendor Selector during a particular session, and was clicked only once, the ICR for this session would be 100%. When it would not be clicked at all, it would be 0%. If your company was not shown, then the ICR would be not available (N/A).
We then calculate the average ICR over all sessions with impressions on a particular day.
ICR is an indication of how your 111 character company summary and logo are attracting visitors to click through.
