There are several ways to incorporate an AIML chatbot with your website. Since you’ve already started with Pandorabots, you should read their FAQ. Just scroll down to Section B: Hosting and Publishing for instructions on how to do it.
Another option that’s available is to use Program O. There are advantages and disadvantages to either option, mainly depending on your experience and skill levels with HTML and PHP. There are other options available, but those other options may require different skills, such as knowing Java, Python, Perl, or even Ruby. Perhaps if you could tell us what sort of experience you have with creating and maintaining web pages, I could give you suggestions on which way would be best for you.
