I have properly worked scripts for ChatScript 2.0, but now I want to make upgrade software to latest (3.x) version.

Tell me please these version have backward compatability for scripts?

It is not backwards compatible, but the script compiler will tell you where it is wrong.
One of the biggest changes is merely saying “keep” instead of “noerase”

If you want to email me a zip of your rawdata files, I can quite quickly edit them back into compliance.
