How can i add the :why values in server logs?

I want the details about which rule/rejoinder got executed from the topic files.

Can you please tell me which file i need to modify and what i need to add in order to save this information in the server log file.

The server log comes with its own why information. You cannot readily change that entry. Your program COULD write a line into the server log BEFORE the entry done by the server, merely by using ^log(  and doing a file append.
