This companies section will also reveal our advanced business members: Industry leaders who have joined our business program, contributed financially and therefore empowered us to move this industry forward. With their support, we have been able to further develop our role as an Industrial Catalyst, advancing the industry of Intelligent Virtual Characters.

Chatbots.org launches the largest specialized research area on humanlike conversational artificial intelligence in its new 2.7 release on http://www.chatbots.org/research.

We have worked on it for over 18 months, and we are very excited to present the result today: 1,031 academic journals, more than 13,000 universities, 163 books, 327 annual academic events, 475 publishers and loads of academic papers. And the best is: from a content point of view, this is just the start! This area is expected to grow very fast.

We believe that the academic community will benefit greatly from this area. They will get in touch with businesses to set up commercially funded projects, attract talent by profiling themselves in our new university ranking and align themselves with innovative entrepreneurs.

After almost seven months of hard work, we are proud to present version 2.6 of Chatbots.org. This version features multiple forums, a sophisticated account mechanism, and a sleek design of sub navigation, body, and footer.

Did you ever search for an overview of chatbot/virtual agent developers? Most likely, it was very hard to find. Well, we are happy to announce that from now on, life will be easier!

Chatbots.org has identified 49 professional chatbot developers all over the world. Most of them develop automated chat systems for virtual agents in call centers, however many developers are also developing chatbots for entertainment, learning, or companionship. AI4US Ltd. is from now on legal person for Chatbots.org. Its name AI4US is an acronym of ‘Artificial Intelligence for us’, its mission is to support the use of Artificial Intelligence in people’s daily lives.

It’s registered at the English Company House,  Company No. 7045061. All shares are owned by Lun Holding Ltd. (registered Company No. 7051180), which is fully owned by Dutch futurist Erwin Van Lun (that’s me ; - )).

Reasons to choose an Ltd. instead of the Dutch equivalent ‘BV’ (Besloten Vennootschap) is its international appeal, a legal worldwide known entity, and recognition as a legal person in all EU member states (directive 68/151/EEC of the Council of the European Communities).
