I am working on the commercial implementations of virtual assistants (chatbots), trying to measure costs and benefits of their performance. I am currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economic Sciences in Warsaw University.
My Current Research Interests:
-Chatterbot metrics: measurement of costs and benefits of conversational agent implementations. Discovering the importance of conversational agents for e-commerce development.
-Text Mining: text mining analytics for scientific and commercial use. Complementary research in information retrieval, computational linguistics, and human-computer interaction.
-Usability metrics: web design and web performance analytics. Discovering an objective measurement for the usability of a web site. Assessment of available tools and methods.
-Teaching: Unstructured data analysis with Text Mining, Artificial Intelligence and business applications, Creating web pages with XHTML and CSS, Javascript applications, Excel in business, Advanced Excel for business, Creating business presentations.
