In 2016 it was time for a new website and a new and improved chatbot. This new chatbot helps website visitors navigate on the Timing website and helps finding a job in a chosen dicipline and in a specific region of the Netherlands.

*Since 2013 Timing also uses an intranet chatbot to help their staff find answers to work related questions, find forms etc...

Annemiek a chatbot representing Spoorwegpensioenfonds

chatbot, chatterbot, conversational agent, virtual agent Annemiek In 2012 we launched chatbot Trijntje for Spoorwegpensioenfonds. After a couple of years it was time for a new website and upgrade of the chatbot.

In July 2015 Trijntje 'quit her job' and chatbot Annemiek was hired to give visitors of the railway pension fund advice, answer their questions and open pages with specific forms.

Soa Seks Check a chatbot representing TNO, GGD-Rotterdam en Soa-Aids NL

chatbot, chatterbot, conversational agent, virtual agent Soa Seks Check The Soa Seks Check is a Triage based chatbot, especially designed to reach a specific high risk target group; Lower educated and migrant youth. A high risk group for STDs.

With this check you can easily determine if an STD risk has occured and directly make an appointment at the local Public Health Service (GGD)

Main discriminating (provable) traits of the system are: self awareness, intentionality, emotion-based responses and internal deliberation. The system does not use any pre-assembled knowledgebase, answers-list or queries to online information systems (e.g. Wikipedia). Responses are formulated completely by the system, based on previously learned information.
