Lisa was developed using the AlterEgos HD software from AlterEgos.com, she is one of a number of bespoke animated characters built for the Ask Verizon platform responding to over 72,000 interactive support sessions per week. Lisa is integrated in the primary Ask Verizon platform offering a visual embodiment of prompts, guidance and answers to hundreds of Ask Verizons key support triggers. The response in call deflection has been a resounding success.
