Oliwia is a Virtual Assistant of MGF Innowacje (virtual travel agency). Oliwia provides information about the company, contact details, management of MGF and organizations that MGF Innowacje co-operates with. You can ask her questions in natural language and immediately receive a reply from virtual assistant. For example you can ask: how much costs visa to Ethiopia?, which languages you can use in Greece? She even knows whether current voltage in Poland is the same as in Italy. The main task of virtual Oliwia is to direct clients to the specific tour thanks to answers provided by the client accordingly to his requirements. An additional distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is able to use advanced semantic web search (WEB 3.0).

EVA a chatbot / virtual agent

EVA is a Virtual Travel Agent who understands customers’ travel requests and acts upon them (deferring to a human agent when in doubt). EVA communicates with you as a human travel agent would: Receives travel requests in Natural Language via Email, chat or SMS; Interacts with existing systems (GDS, CRM, etc.); Takes full responsibility for the task of travel planning, communicating with both the customer and the supervising agent as needed throughout the process.

Jenny a chatbot / virtual agent representing Virgin Media

Travelodge join a long list of Travel and Tourism organisations using Synthetix smartAgent with the launch of Andrea, their virtual customer service representative. She is able to offer her help and guidance to visitors to the website. The technology has specifically been deployed to reduce the number of routine inbound customer service queries to the call centre. By achieving this Travelodge are saving a huge amount of customer service costs whilst also increasing customer satisfaction levels.

Alex is also proving to be an invaluable tool for reservation agents, who are using Alex to answer customer questions quickly and consistently.

Valerie a chatbot / virtual agent representing Virgin Holidays

Synthetix has successfully launched another smartAgent into the Travel and Tourism sector for Virgin Holidays. Visitors to virginholidays.com can click on “Need Help?” and are greeted by smartAgent Valerie who is there to answer queries twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The smartAgent has been implemented to improve the customer experience and reduce the routine inbound enquiries to the Virgin Holidays contact centre. Valerie allows users to ask natural language questions about holiday destinations and pre/post booking queries whilst also navigating them around the website. The smartAgent also has a number a pre-programmed conversational goals to attempt to increase sales and impart essential information. The smartAgent has a wealth of knowledge, users can ask “What is like to visit Dubai”, “Can I pre-book my seats on the flight?” or even “What films are showing on my flight?”.
