El Agente entregaba información sobre día y horarios de los partidos, resultados, tablas de posiciones, jugadores de cada país y las últimas noticias.
Ingresando los códigos de los envoltorios se participaba por premios virtuales (wallpapers, backgrounds, sound packs, emoticon packs) y también por celulares, Nintendos Wii, pelotas de fútbol y golosinas.
Otra posibilidad era suscribirse al envío de Alertas. Si el usuario permanecía conectado al Messenger, recibía en una ventana de Alerts (debajo a la derecha del monitor) la comunicación de noticias sobre los partidos que se estaban disputando: inicio, goles, amonestado, expulsado, fin de tiempo, inicio de complemento, penales y cambios.
