The role of the assistant was performed by Małgorzata Podkowa - Domańska, who is a designer of interior decoration. The main task of virtual Ewa is to give advices about wooden floorings. Ewa can answer such questions as: How to lay and glue floorboard? How to clean the floor? Which elements should I pay attention to while laying a wooden floor ? what is needed to lay the floor? and many others about Barlinek products. An additional distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant is able to use LiveChat. It's helpful in situation when virtual assistant can't answer the question. Then the system proposes to start LiveChat, where you can have live chat with a Barlinek's consultant.
