Esperanza, a Virtual Agent developed by BotGenes, works as a Vitrual Assistant in Una Mirada Distinta; San Isidro’s Centre dedicated to improve people with disability’s quality life. She has studies in Social Communication and enjoys giving information about the Centre to those who are interested.
Esperanza uses the most advanced "brain" developed by BotGenes with more than 400,000 decision rules, allowing her to handle thousands of regionalisms, typos, spelling and grammar error and also contextualize answers.
She integrates PLN technologies, Natural Language Processing, with TTS, Text to Speech, also offering Chat, audio streaming and an animated Avatar from BotGenes’s servers.
