Deze chatbot is door Ecreation ontwikkeld. Het unieke aan deze webbased chatbot is, dat hij de website bezoeker helpt navigeren, bijvoorbeeld als een bezoeker praat over een bepaald onderwerp zal Mr E de juiste pagina naar voren halen. Ook vertelt hij wat over Ecreations personeel en klanten.

This chatbot is created by Ecreation and it runs on their own unique Knowledge Management System. The chatbot is multilingual: English, Dutch and Polish. At this moment it is only a webbased chatbot but that is because of build in navigation technology

This agent helps the user to navigate on the website, if a user is asking about contact information, Mr. E will go to the webpage with this information. Navigation By Conversation. He also gives the user interesting information about the employees of Ecreation and their customers.
